Frequently Asked Questons
Company process
The signs we create are custom made for you and as a result, it’s hard to provide rough estimates.
A great way to start is by submitting a “contact us” form on the website here. We will need basic project details like your location, your logo, and what type of signage you want.
We offer design, permitting, fabrication, and installation for all our products. Our sales team is here to help you navigate the process and help you get the best sign for your situation.
We typically start with your logo and a conversation about where you want the sign to be installed, and what your vision for the project is. Once we confirm placement and location, we usually visit to take pictures and measurements. The next step is to provide you with a concept design of what we’re proposing. Once you’ve reviewed and provided feedback, we put together an estimate for fabrication and installation. If you decide to proceed from there, we obtain permits (if needed) and make the sign.
Lead times vary by product but generally, illuminated signs that require permits take about 2-3 months start to finish. Digitally printed products and interior signs that do not require a permit can typically be completed in a week to a few weeks.
Your primary point of contact will be your sales representative.
Pricing and Payment
Every sign is custom and we’d be happy to put together an estimate for your project. We generally do not provide rough estimates since there are so many variables.
For all projects, we require a 50% deposit and invoice the balance due at the end of the project, net 30. For signs that are picked up or customer-installed, we expect payment at pickup.
We do not offer any financing options but recommend you discuss options with your lender of choice as many products would qualify for financing.
Design & Production

Yes, our in-house design team helps take your vector logo and works through all the decisions that need to be made in order to make it into a sign.
We require vector artwork – common file types are .ai, .eps, or .pdf. If in doubt, send us the file and we’ll let you know if it will work. Non-vector files tend to be pixelated and low resolution when expanded to the size required for most signage applications.
Installation
we will reach out ahead of your installation day to let you know when we will be there and how to prepare. Each situation will be a little different but we will typically need to confirm access to the interior of the building, or space for our trucks and employees to work.
We provide installation only services to National Sign Companies on a regular basis. We offer survey, permitting, installation, and post-installation service and repair.

We ensure that your sign will meet code requirements. We apply for permits on behalf of our customers to make sure that all signs that need a permit get one.
We apply for permits on behalf of our customers on all projects requiring a permit. This includes signs that may need to go through a variance process, or that would require additional meetings in order to get approved.
